All three counters open at 08:00, keys are handed over in about 15 minutes, and each has a metro or tram stop within 400 m.

How a request works
Name the vehicle class, the pickup city, the date and the hours. No account and no card details are needed at this step.
One email states the UAH 890 per day rate, the UAH 6,000 refundable deposit and the 250 km per day cap. Nothing is charged while you read it.
The deposit is held as a pre-authorisation on the card you present at the pickup. It is released after the car comes back undamaged and on time.
The car leaves the city address with a full tank and returns full. Fuel, tolls and parking stay outside the daily rate.

Requests sent between 09:00 and 19:00 on working days are answered within 2 working hours, with the written total in UAH by email before any payment.
Give us the dates and the vehicle class. We reply with the daily rate, the refundable deposit and the km allowance.
