Rental Terms and Conditions

These terms govern car rental services provided by quantuforward.com LLC in Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa.

Driver Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21, hold a full licence for 2+ years, and present a passport or ID. Under-25 fees apply.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at pick-up. Amount depends on vehicle class and is in your booking confirmation.

Mileage

Daily rentals include 250 km per day. Extra kilometres are charged as per the rental agreement.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are supplied full and must be returned full. Otherwise, refuelling plus a service fee applies.

Late Return

Late returns incur additional daily charges and admin fees. Notify us in advance of delays.

Cross-Border Restrictions

Vehicles may not leave Ukraine without prior written consent. Unauthorised use breaches the contract.

Cancellation

Cancellations 48+ hours before pick-up are free. Later cancellations may incur one day's rental fee.

Vehicle Use Rules

Smoking, off-road driving, and subletting are prohibited. Use is governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV.
