2. Website use

Use this site lawfully to request vehicle rental. Do not disrupt it, scrape content or submit false data.

3. Bookings and responsibilities

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. We confirm availability, price and rental conditions by email or phone before the rental contract is concluded. Driver age, driving licence, deposit, insurance, mileage, fuel and return rules are disclosed in advance under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

You confirm your data is accurate and are responsible for the vehicle, fuel, traffic fines and its return at the agreed place and time.

Prices are shown in the booking currency with the taxes stated in the offer; extra charges appear in the rental terms.

4. Limitation of liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV. We are not liable for indirect losses or events beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX are unaffected.
